1. DOLOMITES

There is simply no words to discuss the beauty of an Elopement in the Dolomites. This incredible landscape has been modeled through the years by winds, storms, glaciers and the risult is simply breathtaking.

This is by far our favourite spot for celebrating your love and take amazing shots of you. Have a look at this locations for your Intimate Wedding: Val di Funes (Villnöss Valley), Tre Cime di Lavaredo (Three Peaks) – see an example of elopement celebrated here, Alpe di Siusi (Seiser Alm), Lago di Landro and many more. Dolomites are also a great way to avoid crowds and people during your Elopement and Intimate Wedding. You can reach all these spots with a journey of about 3/3.5 hours by car from the International Airport of Milano Malpensa or within 2 hours from Venice International Airport.

2. BRAIES LAKE

A totally unique lake in the Italian Alps with a particular crystal-clear water. The reflections that this lake can gift are amazing in every season. There’s also a little wooden house just in front at the lake where you can rent you little wooden boat and have an intimate experience directly in the lake. During summer it can be really crowded because of tourists but trust us, it is totally worth your visit. It’s 4 hours away from International Milano Malpensa Airport so an easier solution for reaching this location can be through Innsbruck Airport, which is 2,5 hours away from it. 3. TUSCANY

If you are a cinema lover, Tuscany will definitely recall you “The Gladiator”. And this is exactly what you can expect in this beautiful land, full of cypresses and lovely open hills kissed by the sunset. Imagine to express your love in Val d’Orcia and then exploring the valleys, Pisa, Florence, Siena, the Chianti Valley, etc. What an incredible explosion of love, nature, culture and food! Val d’Orcia can be reached by train or by car starting from the main cities of Milan, Rome, Florence.

4. AMALFI COAST / POSITANO

Now are heading towards the South of Italy and we are suggesting you a lovely, picturesque and romantic location, Amalfi Coast and in particular Positano city.
The landscape you can find here is unique, an authentic Italian postcard with luxurious hotels, restaurants and villas built directly on amazing cliffs. To elope in Positano is simply a romantic solution, surrounding you and your deepest friends with warm people and happy culture.
Be aware, in July-August this little place can be super crowded. We suggest you planning an intimate wedding or elopement here from March to May and from September to October to avoid big crowds and fully enjoy this magical land.

5. VENICE

There’s no need of words to describe this incredible city. A very unique cityscape, with nothing else similar in the world, Venice will fill your hearts with story and love.
Built completely on the water, the Venice Lagoon is full of secret spots that will let you collect incredible pictures. And what about an intimate tour on a “gondola“, the traditional Venetian boat? 
The very well known Piazza San Marco can create a perfect surrounding for your photo session, but be prepared to get up from the bed in the very early morning and be there at sunrise to fully appreciate the city without tourists. And one final tip: once in Venice, take a little boat adventure and lost yourself exploring the colourful little island of Burano. 6. LAKE COMO

Just around the corner of our home there’s Como Lake. Become known also thanks to George Clooney’s villa in Laglio, Lake Como is a location filled with luxurious villas and resorts where you can celebrate your intimate wedding. One of the most famous location in Como Lake are: Villa del Balbianello, Villa Balbiano, Villa Monastero and Villa d’Este. Very easy to reach thanks to their proximity to Malpensa Airport (40 mins drive) and Orio Al Serio Airport (1 hour-ish drive). Another great location is Bellagio, the point where the lake splits itself into the two branches of the lake. Tip: Have a look at Villa Pietraluna, just on top of Bellagio. This location will give you a stunning view of the two lake branches.

7. APULIA

In the deep South of Italy, Apulia is a joyful and raw land where you can celebrate your deep love in some outstanding “Masserie” (typical rural buildings used for housing) or incredible raw locations for shooting as Bauxite Cave. Apulia is not very known worldwide for elopements and weddings but the mix of cultural lifestyle, rural feeling of masserie and food is incredible. The best way to reach this reason is through Bari Airport.
Our tip: enojy visiting Alberobello (old city) and its secret streets for an alternative and adventurous photo session. July and August are terrible months for this regions because of big the crowd coming for vacation and the hot temperatures. Avoid these months and you’ll be totally happy with your choice.
